GMB ‘5S’Programme kicks off

Environment is created by people while it cultivates people equally. Office environment is of great importance for office workers. Good work habits and high-efficiency work atmosphere can be developed from neat and clean working environment.

GMB decided to launch ‘5S’programme from August 2016. All staff including general manager attended the kick-off meeting, which was held on Aug. 6, 2016.

 The instructor expounded the basic concept of ‘5S’: SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU, SHITSUKE. The key point to implement‘5S’and the significance of practicing it were also elaborated.

GMB brings ‘5S’programme to the enterprise management and hoping it can help to build a harmonious working environment while save the operating cost and eliminate security risks. GMB enterprise competitiveness will also be elevated when employees’ personal accomplishments are improved.
