GMB 2024 Walk for Love Event

On November 16, 2024, as autumn deepens and drizzle threads through the air like silk, colleagues from GMB set off from the foot of Lingshan, embarking on a journey themed "Walk for Love · Rescue at Hand," to witness and participate in this grand event centered on love and life.

The autumn rain falls steadily, and the morning light is faint, casting a soft glow on the mountain’s silhouette as it flickers behind the rain curtain. We follow the winding paths along Taihu Lake, stepping on damp fallen leaves, each footfall accompanied by the whispers of the autumn wind and the soft singing of raindrops. The bell chimes of Lingshan echo through the rain, as though nature itself has prepared an overture for this walk.

As the morning light strengthens, our steps become more resolute in the rain. The raindrops, like threads of silk, gently brush our faces, offering the most comforting embrace from nature. During the hike, we admire the rain-soaked landscape of Lingshan, watch the mist rise from Taihu Lake, and feel the autumn wind caress our faces as fallen leaves return to the earth. Our steps, like poetic verses in autumn, are gentle yet determined, capturing the autumn hues and the warmth of Wuxi city.

By noon, as the rain gradually ceases, we arrive at the event's destination—enchanting Nianhua Bay. Here, we transform the fatigue of the journey into contented smiles, sharing stories of our experience over a warm meal.

This "Walk for Love" is not just a physical challenge but a spiritual renewal. Every GMB employee is a messenger of love. Through our actions, we have demonstrated the responsibility and commitment of our company, and with each step, we have painted a vivid picture of love and hope—one made even more beautiful by the rain.
